     Karla Squires performed a pottery demonstration and brought her potter's wheel to not only show us how it's done, but to also let volunteers give it a whirl.

At our April 7th Meeting:  Ed Spears performed an Acrylic demo on a sycamore leaf.  He has finished his work and returned it to us finished.  He donated it to us to be used as a fundraiser!  We are so grateful for this generous donation, and we will be AUCTIONING the painting via silent auction, with the winner to be announced at the August meeting.  Be sure to add your bid to the auction list at the July meeting OR contact Sheila Minnich to submit your best bid before the August meeting!  Good Luck!

Scheduled for our JULY 7th Meeting

Guest Artist: Jim Sullivan will perform an Oil Painting demonstration.  He will cover a short history of various techniques and a demo of portrait painting methods on canvas.  Jim is an oil painter who has been a lifelong student of art and he has had training at the Academy of Arts in San Francisco.  He has also attended numerous art workshops in CA, MT, TX and AR.
